1. No Return & No Refund Policy
Humare yahan products par No Return aur No Refund ki policy lagu hai. Ek baar order deliver hone ke baad, use niche di gayi wajahon se wapas (return) ya cancel nahi kiya ja sakta:

2. Replacement Policy (Sirf Defective Products ke liye)
Hum replacement sirf tabhi dete hain jab aapko koi Damaged ya Defective product mila ho. Replacement ke liye niche di gayi shartein (conditions) poori honi chahiye:

Unboxing Video Compulsory: Product milne par, parcel ko kholte waqt ek Full Unboxing Video banana anivarya (compulsory) hai.

Video Requirements: Video parcel ke label se shuru hona chahiye aur bina kisi cut ya edit ke pura hona chahiye. Video mein product ka defect saaf dikhna chahiye.

Reporting Time: Kisi bhi defect ki shikayat aapko product milne ke 24 ghante ke andar hamare customer support par karni hogi.
3. Replacement Kaise Karein?
