Hum apne har customer ko surakshit aur sahi product pahunchane ke liye pratibadh (committed) hain:
1. Hamari Taraf se Packing aur Checking:

Quality Check: Har light ko pack karne se pehle poori tarah check kiya jata hai.

Safe Packaging: Suraksha ke liye hum Thermocol + Cardboard + Bubble Wrap/Poly Bag ka istemal karte hain taaki raste mein toot-foot na ho.

Customer Proof: Dispatch se pehle hum product ki Checking Video aur Photos customer ko bhejte hain, jiske saath courier details bhi share ki jati hain.
2. Customer ke liye Zaroori Niyam (Mandatory):

Parcel Receipt: Parcel milte hi sabse pehle uski photo le.

360° Unboxing Video: Parcel ko kholne se pehle uska 360-degree video banana shuru karein. Video bina kisi cut ya edit ke hona chahiye.

Live Testing: Video banate hue hi parcel kholein aur lights ko on karke check karein.

Damage/Missing Claim: Agar koi product missing (kam) hai ya defected (toota hua) hai, toh wo usi unboxing video mein saaf dikhna chahiye.

Final Warning: Agar bina cut wala unboxing video nahi banaya gaya, toh kisi bhi tarah ki complaint par koi sunwai nahi hogi aur na hi replacement diya jayega. 🙏
